Privacy Policy

DataiLift ("we", "us") is operated by Chris Kolofotis, Athens, Greece. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the DataiLift app (datailift.base44.app).

• Account data: name, email address and profile picture (if you sign in with Google).
• Profile and training data: your role (athlete or coach), training level, goals, workouts, results and notes you enter or that a coach creates for you.
• Coach–athlete data: the connection between a coach and their athletes, and the workouts a coach programs.
• Athlete records added by coaches: if you are a coach, you can add athletes who do not use the app, including their name, email, phone, level, goals and notes. Coaches are responsible for having these athletes' permission to store their information.
• Competition preparation: photos you upload to prepare for a competition, which we store to extract the competition events.
• Subscription data: your plan and subscription status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Device data: a push notification token, if you allow notifications in the app.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not show ads.

• To create and manage your account and provide the app.
• To generate and personalise workouts using AI, based on the training data you provide.
• To let coaches and athletes who are connected share workouts.
• To manage free trials and subscriptions.
• To send notifications you have allowed (for example, new workouts or trial reminders).
• To provide support and keep the service secure.

We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the app), based on your consent (push notifications), and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it.

We share data only with service providers needed to run DataiLift:

• Base44: app hosting and database.
• Google: Google Sign-In and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications).
• Stripe: payment processing and subscription management.
• AI model providers: to generate workouts. Only the training information needed for the request is sent.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you are connected to a coach, your coach can see the workouts and training data related to that connection.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except records we must keep by law (for example, payment and tax records held by Stripe).

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email datailift@hotmail.com.

You can also file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and personal data.

You can also request deletion by emailing datailift@hotmail.com from your account email address. We act on deletion requests without undue delay.

If you are a coach, workouts and records you created for athletes you are no longer connected to may remain in their training history.

DataiLift is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our hosting provider using access controls.

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
